 Job Description
Effectively interface with the patients and their attendants / visitors/ and service user area heads. Br sensitive to the needs & allergies that a patient / attendant has demonstrate ability to follow systems and procedures for F&B department, prepare the relevent documents and sheets related to diets of patients correctly Attend the patient & recommend diet to them according to ailment Provide expert guidence and educate patients on various kinds of diet To prepare diet chart for In patients Responsible for quality of Food and & make improvements as and when required To keep track of progress of patient and change diet chart accordingly Ensure high standards of Sanitation & Hygiene Ensure proper follow through of all cyclic menus. Ensures quality check from raw materials to finished products
