Execution of basic civil works including brick work, flooring, Tiling, Plumbing, Sanitary,all kind of wooden, gypsum & aluminum partitions, wood works, false ceilings & painting .
Co-ordination with MEP works namely low side Electrical & low side HVAC (ducting), fire fighting, lighting, PAS.
Knowledge in Fit-outs (installation of display fixtures, equipments would be an added advantage.
Establishing vendors/contractors.
Bill verification and certification.
Coordination with consultants/architects for designs and Good for Completion drawings.
Monitoring project progress as per schedules and handing over to Operations.
Preparation of MIS report.
