Job Description
1. Ensuring Tertiary target of the designated territory.
2. Requisite WOD target to be met MD wise
3. Appointments of MDs in Potential areas.
4. Beat Planning of FOS of MDs
5. Ensuring Benchmarked manpower at MDs.( one per 35 retailers)
6. Training of MD Manpower on Schemes, Products
7. Fixation of Retailer wise targets and FOS wise targets in coordination with SD sales manpower.
8. Holding Meetings of FOS of MD and reviewing targets
9. Relationship Building with all Key accounts
10. Ensuring Sales Tracker update at MDs
11. Display at prime locations in Key Account Retailers
12. Monitoring of ISDs if any in the designated territory.
