 Job Description
Business Development ? Driving sales initiatives and achieve desired targets with overall responsibility & monitoring sales and collections. ? Planning & scheduling individual/ team assignments to achieve the pre set goals within time, quality & cost parameters. ? Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. ? Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the marketing teams. ? Identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy, based business objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Conceptualize and implement business strategies and Projects with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones. ? Directing and managing personnel functions including distribution of work assignments, personnel mentoring and disciplinary actions.   Real Estate Management ? Fixing pre & post launch price, pre launch surveys for the new project to judge the saleability through different modes. ? Interacting with bank for project approvals.   Sales & Marketing ? Overseeing the direct sales & marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth. ? Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. ? Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share.   Relationship Management ? Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from existing Customer and achieving profitability. ? Handling the direct sales to both individual & corporate in a highly competitive environment. ? Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving service quality norms. ? Investigating and assessing customer requirements and advising them objectively keeping in mind the individual risk appetite of the customers.
