Job Description
? To handle old as well as new customer queries.
? To maintain MIS for the project, this includes daily collection details & customer details.
? Responsible to communicate customers for their Demand & Reminders.
? Tracking recoveries/installments and follow up with the customers / Banks.
? Make the project data in system. Data contains information regarding the units i.e. unit Size, broker name, amount, receipt nos. and their payment details.
? Coordinate with accounts & finance department regarding payment clearances.
? Making the stock report on daily basis.
? Verification of commission bills of Brokers.
? Executed Buyers Agreements, Payment Plans.
