Job Description |
|
1. Handling day to day transactions of Ware House.
2. Preparation of Material Issue Note (MIN), Mat. Return Note (MRN), Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Site Material Exchange Note (SMEN).
3. Maintaining and updating stock statement and publishing weekly.
4. Understanding the material requirement of ongoing projects and escalation of shortfall material to Purchase Dept. in advance.
5. Coordination & Arranging the Free Issue Material as per project requirement from Clients.
6. Understanding the scope of transportation and make necessary arrangements like vehicle arrangements, labor and octroi clearance etc. accordingly.
7. Issuing the material as per Mat. Request Form (MRF) from requestor dept. verifying the proper authentication of MRF and requirement of material is as per Work order issued.
8. Get the material Booking done timely, consumed in vendors account as per confirmations received from QSD dept.
9. Maintaining material accounts of vendor / contractors.
10. He will be responsible for Material Reconciliation of vendors / Contractors.
11. Preparing Final Material Reconciliation of Vendor / contractors and preparing Debit statement for balance material at the time of Work Order closure.
12. He will resolve any dispute of material reconciliation with vendors or contractors.
13. Checking of incoming material to the Warehouse i.e. Free Issue Material from clients (FIM) and other purchased material and issuing proper GRN against the same.
14. Maintaining client reconciliation and publishing as and when required.
15. He will be responsible for storage of material in neat and secured manner.
16. He will always ensure administration, security, interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
17. Maintaining documentation and keeping documentary records as per requirement.
18. He will be responsible for security and safety of material in the warehouse.
19. Managing the team of Warehouse executives and security guards provided for Warehouse.
20. Arranging Physical Inspection of Warehouse and tallying it with stock in software.
21. Conduct regular store meetings.
22. Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.
23. Develop and implement employee performance evaluations and improvement plans.
24. Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. Schedule, organize and direct assignments.
25. Responsible for preparation of work schedules.
26. Preparing MIS and circulate the same to concern persons.
27. Preparing weekly stock statement as well as valued stock statement and circulate to concern persons.
